To start your refund or store credit, please email your order number to Mary@shopleblon.com.
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items purchased online may be returned for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached and the item must be in its original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or scent (such as perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued to the original form of payment or to your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
• Accessories (including jewelry, hats, handbags, and hair items)

• Processing time: Please allow up to 5–7 business days after receipt for your return to be processed.
• Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Mary@shopleblon.com with photos.
