RETURN POLICY
At Leblon Boutique, we are a small business with very limited stock, and we truly appreciate every order and every customer who shops with us.
We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume smells, pet hair, or any damage
• Shoes must be returned in original box and condition
• Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied and sent back to the customer
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
• All sale items, discounted items, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
